Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ucrime.lol collects and how it's used.
What we collect
- Account data: your username and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Profile data: what you choose to put on your page — name, bio, links, images, audio and appearance settings.
- Usage data: aggregate page-view and link-click counts for each profile. We don't build advertising profiles.
- Order data: the plan, payment method, amount and any transaction reference you provide when you buy something.
- Technical data: your IP address is used briefly for rate-limiting and security.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe (their privacy policy applies to card data); we never see or store your card number. For PayPal, crypto and other methods, payment details go directly to the respective service or wallet and we only store the reference you give us so we can confirm your order.
Email, sign-in options & two-factor
If you give us an email address we use it only to confirm your account, reset your password and send security alerts (for example when your password changes or two-factor authentication is switched on or off). If you choose “Continue with Discord” or “Continue with Google”, that service tells us your account ID, email address and display name; we don't receive your password. Two-factor authentication uses a secret stored with your account plus one-time recovery codes (stored only as hashes). You can see and end your active sessions in Dashboard → Account.
IP addresses & security
When you register or log in we store your IP address together with basic device details (browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone) and an approximate location (country and city) derived from the IP address, so we can prevent abuse, enforce bans and keep the service safe. We also keep a short history of your recent sign-ins (time, IP address, device and approximate location, including failed attempts) so you can spot unauthorised access, and we may email you when your account is used from a new device. This information is visible only to you and authorised staff. Staff may ban an IP address that is used to break our rules. We don't sell IP data. You can download all data we hold about you from Dashboard → Account → Download my data.
Crypto payments
To detect crypto payments we read public blockchain data and public price feeds. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.
Discord bot
If you choose to link your Discord account to use our bot, we store your Discord user ID on your account. Purchases opened through Discord tickets are handled in a private channel visible to you and our staff.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Third-party services
Pages load fonts and icons from public CDNs, and profiles that enable Discord presence fetch public status data from the Lanyard API. Those services may receive your IP address when you visit a page that uses them.
Sharing
Your public profile is visible to anyone with the link and may appear on Explore and the leaderboard. We don't sell your data.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your content at any time, and delete your account from Dashboard → Account, which removes your page and profile data.
