Terms of Service
Welcome to ucrime.lol. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.
2. Your content
You own the content you put on your page. You give us permission to host and display it so the service can work. You promise you have the right to use everything you upload or link to.
3. What you can't do
- Post illegal content, or content that sexualises minors, harasses, threatens or doxxes people.
- Impersonate others, spread malware, phish or scam.
- Abuse, overload, scrape or attempt to break the service.
- Sell or trade accounts, or evade a ban.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
4. Paid plans
Premium and Verified are digital goods sold as one-time payments unless a plan states a duration. Prices are shown in the shop before you pay. Access is activated after payment is confirmed. Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable; if something went wrong, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to fix it. Plans and prices may change; a plan you already bought keeps what it included when you bought it.
Purchased perks are tied to your account and can't be transferred. Accounts banned for breaking these terms lose their paid perks without refund.
5. Badges and roles
Roles such as Owner, Admin, Moderator, Verified and Bug Hunter are assigned at our discretion and may be removed if misused.
6. Availability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running but can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
